We used Paul to build our home 11 years ago. The experience was phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was a smooth process. All of Paul's subs were professional and provided quality work. In fact in the years after the initial build we have used some of these subs to perform other work in the house. Two years ago we added an addition to the house and once again we used Paul. And once again it was an awesome experience. Paul is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to share that knowledge with you. He is easy going and respects your decisions. I have recommended Paul to several of my friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Paul, his crew, and the subs he uses were easy to work with and attentive to our wishes throughout the design, building, and finishing of our new custom home. Prices were fair and communication was no problem. This included some features in the house where the design was finalized after seeing how it was coming out. We liked Paul's approach in discussing options. He gave us guidance and even his opinion but, he was fine with our decisions. Paulco's prices were very reasonable for the quality of design and workmanship. Questions and requests for changes were always met with patience and respect.
