We used Paul to build our home 11 years ago. The experience was phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was a smooth process. All of Paul's subs were professional and provided quality work. In fact in the years after the initial build we have used some of these subs to perform other work in the house. Two years ago we added an addition to the house and once again we used Paul. And once again it was an awesome experience. Paul is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to share that knowledge with you. He is easy going and respects your decisions. We can not say enough about Paulco Homes. Paul built two houses for us, and did a remodel on our current home. We would not use any other builder. My wife and I used Paul to convert a downstairs bath into an elder-use bath for use as we age. Although the original construction presented significant challenges during conversion, Paul and his crew worked through every obstacle seamlessly. The tile work was done professionally and artistically. The bath is now one of the prettiest rooms in the house!

Paulco Homes has built 2 homes for my husband and I. Our first home was 5400 sq ft and the quality and workmanship was outstanding. When we decided to downsize, we contracted with Paulco Homes again. The house is 1500 sq ft and Paulco Homes provided the same level of quality and workmanship. When it came time to have our patio and finished basement built, we again contracted with Paulco Homes. All of Paulco Homes employees and subcontractors are professional and provide stellar service.

In 2010 we worked with Paulco Homes to build our house. In 2015 we had Paul come back and finish our basement, including a movie room, game room, play / exercise room, etc. This year we had Paul come back and build a standalone two car garage to match our house and existing 3 car garage, including stone work, siding, etc. We continue to work with Paul due to his exceptional quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. We are very particular, but so is Paul.
